The tool allows international recruiters to access the results from the survey which asked 160,000 people across 66 different countries where and why they would move to work abroad. The ‘Global Talent Barometer’ gives access to valuable information such as occupation, level of education and experience, giving the recruiter insights and motivations of matching candidates.
As part of the project Signal-Noise created two animated videos to explain and talk about the Network and how the ‘Global Talent Barometer’ works.
